eQMS::LIMS “punokrvni” je upravljački LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) čijom se implementacijom uspostavlja potpuni nadzor i sljedivost nad analitičkim procesima, postupcima kontrole ispravnosti, usklađenosti s propisima i standardima, monitoringa itd. Pardusov LIMS u cjelosti podržava zahtjeve norme ISO 17025.

eQMS::DNA je softversko rješenje za održavanje i pretragu baze DNA profila (DNA fingerprints). eQMS::DNA podržava konfigurabilni broj lokusa, omogućuje rad s više uzoraka po osobi te više profila po uzorku, a DNA bazu moguće je pretraživati i po profilu dobijenom iz uzoraka koji sadrže materijal više donora (tzv. "mixed stain") te podržava CODIS 13-loci standard. eQMS::DNA sukladan je sigurnosnim preporukama FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
